ip multicast website update

since there is lot of synergistic work going on in both the web world and 
the ip multicast world (such as text/html streaming via RTP protocol, or 
real time audio/video streaming, etc..), therefore this fyi..

the ip multicast (or mbone) website at http://www.mbone.com/ now 
maintains html hyperlinked archives of the 'rem-conf' and 'mbone' mailing 
lists. The archives are also indexed and keyword searchable.

please feel free to send suggestions, feedback, bug reports. also, parts
of the site are either slow or under construction/update, so please bear
with me on that one. this will be fixed real soon now.
