I wrote a dummy httpd to bind to port 80 and listen, and to dump everything
that it gets over a socket from a browser. It gets a GET request, as opposed
to PUT.
I tried PUT to a CGI also, and got zilch on stdin and a GET request.
It seems the browser is replaceing PUT with GET.
