Poke around the CERN server information on www.w3.org. Somewhere
in there, there is a link to the format. It's fairly simple.

Another thing you may want to look at is at www.ietf.org and follow
the pointers around to the http working group area. There is a draft in
there somewhere for an extended common log format.
