If you mean I, Tim, disagree, it would be appropriate to mention my name, and give  a pointer 
to the discussion you are basing that on.  

You should also refer to one as the chair of the TAG,  even ignoring the fact that there are three of is
in practice (yes the other two may be formally called co-chairs) as I would not not have made those arguments as chair in the sense of and on behalf of the TAG.

In fact I am aware of arguments on both sides.
