Re ACTION-344 (Alert TAG chair when CORS and/or UMP goes to LC), the
publication yesterday of this charter is relevant:

  Web Application Security Working Group Charter

"The Working Group may choose to progress either or both of UMP and
CORS on the Recommendation Track, or may propose a harmonized
specification."

I will monitor the relevant list(s).
