No formal TAG call 10/20/11

There weren't enough people for a quorum - me, Jonathan, Henry for the first part of the call and Tim for the latter -  so we didn't formally convene.

Those on the call did discuss some of the items on the agenda, though, which was useful.  We should follow up by email, but some of the discussion was captured in IRC

Larry,



You had suggested that you might chair a TAG teleconference tomorrow, and I delegated to you the decision to either publish an agenda or to announce to www-tag that the call is canceled. So, please do one or the other.



I had hoped to put a bit of time into making at least a skeleton agenda for you to start with, but we've had a family medical emergency, so at least for now, that seems unlikely. You can either start with the HTML at [1] and hack it up, or else get by with something less formal in email this once.



Please do ask for approval of minutes from last week [2] and note from those [3]:
