Re: draft minutes from 7/21

First of all, thank you to Dan for chairing what seems like a very 
productive meeting, and to Larry for scribing.

One minor question on the minutes, which say:


 > Approval of minutes 7/14

 > Larry & Jeni point out a couple of places in the minutes where it isn't 
 > clear who is talking -- probably scribe speaking as self

There is no record of whether the minutes were approved anyway, who if 
anyone would correct them, etc. Would you please let me know, and update 
the 21 July minutes to make clear whether the minutes of the 14th were 
approved?
