There will be no TAG teleconference on 17 February 2011

The TAG teleconference of 17 February 2011 is hereby cancelled. We will 
have a call on the 25th -- I am at some risk of missing it, but I will at 
least prepare the agenda, and if necessary, find someone to chair in my 
place.  Thank you.
