Re: TAG ISSUE-25 deep linking

Hi Ashok --

That was kind of my point (and sorry for making it obliquely).  We can only
make a technical argument (that linking on the Web is a form of speech).
Even if this argument is accepted, this won't save people from being
arrested for linking (or other kinds of speech) in countries where free
speech is not respected.
