Re: Schemas for XHTML

FWIW the XHTML 2 working group did lots of work in this space.  Our plan 
had been to publish an update to XHTML M12N that included the RelaxNG 
modularization techniques and of course the modules.  You can see the 
work at [1].  I would be more than happy to assist in carrying this work 
forward either within the W3C or in another forum.  It is ~complete, but 
we ran out of time and energy.
