Regrets; updated MIME and the Web

As I noted privately to TAG members, I'm sorry I won't be there
for this F2F after all. Whatever this bug is, I seem to be getting
better slowly. I'm not going to promise to call in, though,
given the hours.

MIME and the Web: I updated the document and posted it on my

(I wanted to use the TAG blog but had some technical difficulty
with that.)

Persistence:
