RE: MIME and the Web

Now that I'm up and about a bit, I updated this and posted it to my

I thought there might be a W3C TAG Wiki, which would be a better
place,
but no? and I was having technical issues connecting to the W3C TAG
blog.

I added a section on Versioning and Distributed Extensibility.

There are still some typos, alas.
