Re: Clarification to (unpublished) minutes of TAG Sept 10 call

Thanks, Martin.  I had a vague impression this was true, but didn't at the 
time have time or network access to check.  I'll make sure the minutes 
read along the following lines:

NM: Ian Hickson has submitted the ws and wss URI scheme registrations to
IETF.  Documentation of APIs and Protocols is also out there in drafts
somewhere, but I don't at the moment recall where.

(Subsequent checking with help of Martin Dürst shows that the protocol has 
indeed been submitted to IETF.  See

If what has been written below is what has been said at the TAG meeting, 
then I guess that's what should be minuted. However, please note

version always available through

at the end changes quite often) and
