For what it's worth, http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/doc/versioning is also
broken, and http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/doc/versioning-20060710.html also
works.

The underlying problem here is
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201195 ; probably we
shouldn't list generic types like application/xml in the Accept header
at all.
