The intent of the SWBPD WG resolution was to take a position on the httpRange-14 issue. That position is that an http URI without a hash MAY be used to identify an RDF property. The use of MAY in this context is therefore the preference of the SWBPD WG and not in relation to any specification. Regards, Dave
