I have updated the agenda of the TAG f2f:

The main changes are:
- an additional topic on future directions, on Tim's request
- discussions on issues XMLVersioning-41 and endPointRefs-47
have been moved to be scheduled in the afternoons of
Monday and Tuesday to make sure that Dave can participate
(he will be on the phone only in the afternoons).
As usual, we can make more changes when starting the meeting
Monday morning.
