Ian, Firstly thanks for pulling this together from our IRC log, and thanks to Norm for the majority of the scribing. Reference [1] in your message seems to be missing and should be as below (I probably broke opacity to make that one up :-)). Mostly a minor comment... I believe we substantial discussed the schedule for editors draft and TR page publication at 2.4, under 1.1 Scheduling. ie. 2.4 does not fall in the "...not discussed" bucket.
