4.6.6 Fragment Identifiers and ID Semantics [1] might do well to point
out that the XPointer Framework definition of Shorthand Pointer [2]
does attempt to provide an interoperable definition of ID-based fragid
resolution across DTD-based, W3C XML Schema-based and
application-specific sources of information.
