RE: Proposed issue; Visibility of Web services

my $.02 is that even with almost unlimited clarifications and stories, in
super short or super long and detailed form, the TAG won't take this up as
an issue.  But hey, if people want to continue to talk about something that
the TAG has now at least once declined to take up, so beit.
