Hey guys, I was explaining why the TAG did not take up the issue. By definition, this discussion is over, at least until we next have a chance to discuss it in person. Suffice it to say that the TAG does not exist to prevent W3C working groups from exploring different design alternatives, regardless of their potential for success, provided that such exploration does no harm to the existing Web. Those technologies might cause brain damage, but then so does beer. On the whole, I'd rather let them drink their fill than have to deal with side-effects of a Web Services mafia. Besides, maybe we'll learn something new, or at least get better documentation. ....Roy
