The draft looks good to me. Perhaps I've forgotten part of our
discussion. Was the decision to say "SHOULD NOT" rather than "MUST
NOT" in list item #3 of Section 6 intentional?

Given the damage that misrepresentation can cause, I'd support "MUST
NOT".
