Cool titles don't change

   Architecture of the World Wide Web
has an entry for:
   "Cool URI's don't change" T. Berners-Lee, W3C, 1998 
   Available at http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.

Two aspects concern me:

1.  The document in question is titled:
       Cool URIs don't change
       Cool URI's don't change

2.  English plurals don't use apostrophes.  If they did, 
    we would write:
       apple's and pear's
    rather than:
       apples and pears
