Hello, I've made available the 12 Nov 2002 Arch Doc [1] (see changes [2] and a diff file [3] from the 7 November draft). The TAG's expectation is that several TAG participants will review this document and, possibly after small changes, I will request publication on the TR page (for later this week). Comments on minor issues are welcome from others as well. I recommend waiting until publication of the next TR page draft before sending more substantive comments. I have not included Norm's proposed text on namespaces [4]; do TAG participants think that should be included in the draft to hit the TR page this week, or the following draft?
