subject lines: is all this really about section 1, intro?

As somebody who's gonna have to review this
email traffic for actual issues raised
with the *text* of section 1, intro,

I suggest that if you're not sending
review comments on the text itself that
you use a different subject line.

In particular, if you have a new
issue for the TAG to consider, putting
it in one more message in a huge thread is about the
best way I can think of to get it ignored/neglected.
