Ne is right in his statement although maybe not as a comment to your comments. Most web authors I've confronted with the 'what if a disabled person or someone with a browser not beeing on a PC with a large screen want to see your page' kind of questing, either reply 'fuck them, I can spend my time better than thinking about them', or 'if you can't see you should not be on the web, they should be at home knitting orso', or 'the group is too small, I don't care about minorities'. What they forget hee is that the web *IS* their place. Without the help of other people translating the daily paper to braile or reading i to them they won't be able to 'read' the paper. Product brochures, manuals, etc... all have to be either translated or read to them. The web would be the only place for them to gather information on their wn.
