I can't help noticing that the document
- doesn't tell the reader that *if* a new URI scheme is introduced, it MUST
be registered, and
- under "specific schemes" mentions schemes that are unregistered ("uuid"
and "md5", as far as I can tell from
<http://www.w3.org/Addressing/schemes>).
