Dear Amelia,

I did not receive an invitation / agenda, guessing the meeting is
cancelled.
Sorry for my absence in the last meeting -- cannot remember if I
actually sent regrets or not :-(

I will be offline for the rest of the day, taking care of my sick wife.
I am not sure, if you agreed on a different time/date for the meeting,
but I apparently missed it.
