Minutes, SVG working group telcon, 25 March 2019

The following resolutions were made:

1. Desire to use the same heuristic as CSS masking, but modify it to make it apply equally to all shapes, and modify it to incorporate non-scaling stroke. Revisit this once we have specific text
2. Start SVG Native work in the Working Group
3. Myles and Sairus are editors for this new draft
4. The shortname for SVG Native is svg-native
5. SVG Native is a subset of SVG
