Incorrect MIME type in struct-image-04-t from Tyler Denniston on 2017-03-29 (www-svg@w3.org from March 2017)

Hello,

In SVG test 'struct-image-04-t', the media type given for the JPEG image is
"image/jpg". According to https://www.w3.org/Graphics/JPEG/ the correct
type should be "image/jpeg".

I'm not sure that this is an actual issue, but I figured I'd report it just
in case.
