Re: [css-writing-modes] Computed values of obsolete writing-mode values

SVG WG folks, can someone help us to resolve this issue? If needed and if
you have conf call, I can join to explain.

This issue is:
 * The only open issue that is blocking CR of CSS Writing Modes.
 * Both Gecko and Blink are implementing right now.
