Thanks for your interest in translating SVG!

I'm not aware of anyone working on a Chinese specification, but will
ask at our Chinese host to see if they know of anyone.

SVG 1.0 is superceeded by SVG 1.1, so that would be the approriate
specification to translate.

So far the only translation of SVG 1.1 is to Japanese.
