[compositing-1] Compositing and Blending Last Call Working Draft

The W3C CSS  and SVG Working groups have published a new Last Call Working
Draft of Compositing and Blending Level 1:
http://www.w3.org/TR/compositing-1/

This module describes how HTML and SVG elements and CSS background images
can apply different "blending modes". These modes are used to create
pleasing decorative effects.
In addition, the spec extends 2D canvas' compositing operators with blend
modes.
