I reported a Mozilla bug on how it renders an feConvolveMatrix differently than Webkit/Opera: http://letmespellitoutforyou.com/samples/svg/filter_convolve.svg Got this feedback... https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=861153#c4 ...suggesting the issue might be clarified in the spec, FWIW.
