The definition of the SVG <defs> element needs some more clarification. The
usage of rendering tree is confusing. The definition of this term is missing
and does not match current implementations like Firefox or WebKit. To say it
gets handled as if display:none was applied is awkward either. For some
implementations this means no Renderer - an implementation detail that should
be removed. The text should be clear what is meant.
