Agenda request: SVG attributes to presentation attributes

Hello SVG WG and FX task force,

I would like to bring up the topic "SVG attributes to presentation attributes" on the agenda. I initially wrote a Wiki for Merged Transform [1], but think that this should be discussed in a bigger scope. Instead of defining the transformation from SVG Transforms to CSS Transforms, we should look how SVG attributes can match in the CSS cascading in general if turned to presentation attributes. I wrote a short summary with some issues and possible solutions and included it in the Wiki "SVG attributes to presentation attributes"  [2]. I plan to extend this document with upcoming questions.

This is also related to Erik's mail to public-fx [3]. I am not sure if we should discuss it on SVG WG or FX task force. I would suggest SVG WG as well because it influences SVG and SVG DOM a lot.
