If animated and decorated, such Emoji glyphs look like a
typical application for SVG 1.1 fonts, especially much better
than animated GIF, because SVG can be scaled and
therefore adjusted to the size of the viewport ;o)
If someone creates such glyphs, one should recommend
to use SVG fonts for this, what else?
