Another problem with a simple label approach might be, that one event/accessKey may begin/end more than one animation directly. If all begin/end list items have a (different) label, obviously the viewer has to note them all, not just one - but in which order? The order might be relevant to understand the whole issue better. If only one has a label, does it represent a label for all activities beginning or ending with the event/accessKey or should the viewer note, that the same event/accessKey begins/ends other activities without a label too? With structured metadata an author can describe all this, with simple labels or even with child elements in each animate element and always independent from each other an author cannot really indicate this.
