http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/painting.html#StrokeDasharrayProperty indicates that
stroke-dasharray must contain commas to separate the values. 

The testsuite does not contain commas between the values.

Even if the plan is to loosen the strictness of the syntax, there's no reason
not to have the testsuite conform to the current strict syntax.
