SVGT 1.2 Test cases

Hi All,

The current SVGT 1.2 test suite doesn't include any test for the
JavaScript getBBox() function. Here is the test we designed to test all
the possible cases described by the specification.

Basically, all text should be green for the test to pass.

Let me know if you think that this test is of interest for the testing
suite.
