animateTransform with to-animation from Cameron McCormack on 2006-07-08 (www-svg@w3.org from July 2006)

Hi.

SVG 1.1 doesn’t seem to define the semantics of to-animation for
animateTransform, such as:

  <rect transform="matrix(2,0,0,2,10,10)">
    <animateTransform attributeName="transform" type="translate"
                      to="1,1" dur="1s"/>
  </rect>

Could someone clarify for me how this animation would work?
