This isn't complete as the current draft does not define event based timing in terms of the DOM Level 3 event model and hence not the interactions with it, but I'll address that in some other comments. The concern here is that there is no way to specify the namespaceURI of the event in the event-value; this is currently resolved through using magic symbols rather than event names for the event-ref, a better way to address this would be to define that this defaults to the XML Events namespace; whether SVG Tiny 1.2 should allow means to specify the name- space name depends on whether SVG 1.2 "Full" will do that, though as the ev:event attribute has been modified to allow it even though it's not needed for SVG Tiny 1.2 (AFAIU, not that the draft backs that up), it seems the answer would be "yes" in any case. -- Björn Höhrmann · mailto:bjoern@hoehrmann.de · http://bjoern.hoehrmann.de Weinh.
