It is actually for "http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/feature#TransformedVideo"
which is a different "feature string". Such language suggests that
implementations are supposed to treat
 
  <g xml:base         = "http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG12/feature"
     requiredFeatures = "#TransformedVideo"
     ...
 
as if it uses the beforementioned feature string. Please change the
draft to clearly refer to the real feature string.
