Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/media.html section 12.2 refers to a media type video/x-msvideo, use of such media types is discouraged per RFC 2048 section 2.1.4, please change the draft to be consistent with RFC 2048. http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/events.html refers to a media type application/java-archive which does not appear to exist.
