As pointed out above, not each chapter but only some chapters have this,
and while your changes improved the situation a bit, there are still a
number of problems, e.g. the interactivity chapter does not have a lost
of modules and as a result it is unclear which feature strings would
correspond to e.g. 'pointer-events' and and 'focusHighlight'. I am not
too concerned about the presentation as long as the presentation allows
for easy checking for errors and omissions.
