I am finding it very difficult to review section 7.12 Object bounding box units. It has many grammatical errors, it has no conformance criteria (except a recommendation for authors), it makes non-normative assertions about UA behaviour that seem to have no basis in UA requirements, it makes references to other sections but then redundantly describes what those sections presumably say, resulting in conflicting definitions, it gives descriptions of possible UA behaviour and then explicitly says that these descriptions are incomplete, and it gives error handling rules that seem to conflict with the general error handling rules.
