SVGT 1.2: uDOM EventListener interface identical to DOM, claims to be subset

The SVG 1.2 Tiny uDOM EventListener interface claims to be a subset  
of the DOM Level 3 Events interface of the same name, however it is  
identical.

I suggest simply normatively referencing DOM Level 3 Events instead  
of copying the definition of this interface.
