Yes, there are no elements in SVG Tiny 1.2 that have that particular restriction (can point to somewhere in the current document, outside the current SVG fragment, but cannot point to a different document). tref, in SVG Full, would be an example of an element that can point into the current document but outside the current SVG fragment. On the other hand, it can also point outside the current document as well, so it would be listed as a yes in columns B and D. IH> Please update the specification to IH> specify whether such links are invalid or not.
