Re: SVG12: cfo when there is no cfo

Hi Björn,
The spec has been changed to be consistent. It is: "For stand-alone SVG documents, the User Agent must always have a currently focused object. At the beginning, the SVGDocument <file:///d:\w3c\WWW\Graphics\SVG\Group\repository\spec\mobile\1.2\1.2NG\master\svgudom.html#svg::SVGDocument>  has focus."

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,
 
  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html is
confused about which object has focus if there is no currently focused
object, moveFocus states it's SVGSVGElement, setFocus states it's
SVGDocument (and for both only "initially") and section 13.9 states it
is the SVGDocument whenever there is no currently focused object. Please
change the draft to be consistent about the currently focused object.
