Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, From http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/painting.html section 11.9, [...] The initial value for 'overflow' as defined in [CSS2-overflow] is 'visible'; however, SVG traditionally overrides this initial value and set the 'overflow' property to the value 'hidden'.
