Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html section 5.9.3 does not make much sense to me. The draft claims that the feature has been "adapted" from SMIL 2.0. It seems a more accurate description would be that it is an extended incompatible subset that is not very well defined. Please change the draft such that the relationship to SMIL 2.0 is clear, in particular, which parts of the section are normatively defined in SMIL.
